The flowers are all grown and and arranged on our Somerset flower farm. Guided by the rhythm of the seasons and the character of the countryside, every arrangement is naturally unique.

How do I receive my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are digital. Once purchased, your unique voucher code will be emailed to you — no physical voucher is sent.

What can I spend my gift voucher on?
Gift vouchers can be used on seasonal fresh flowers, dried flowers, and floral designs. They can’t be used for weddings or installations.

How long is my voucher valid for?
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I use my voucher more than once?
Yes — if your order doesn’t use the full value, the remaining balance can be used on future purchases within the validity period.

What if fresh flowers aren’t available when I buy a voucher?
Fresh flowers are seasonal (late March–October depending on conditions). Vouchers can be used later in the season, or at any time on dried flowers.

Can gift vouchers be refunded?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, except where required by law.

What happens if I lose my voucher code?
Voucher codes should be treated like cash. If you believe your code has been misused, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I use a discount code to buy a voucher?
No — discount codes can’t be applied to gift voucher purchases.
